Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my nickname later?
Yes. In the Profile tab, tap "ニックネームを変更" (Change Nickname).
Will my progress carry over to a new device?
Anonymous accounts cannot migrate by themselves. To carry your data over, open the Profile tab and link your account with Google or Apple (iOS only).
On a new device or after reinstalling, tap "Googleでサインイン" (Sign in with Google) or "Appleでサインイン" (Sign in with Apple, iOS only) on the start screen and sign in with the same account you linked. Your nickname, scores, and Question Ticket balance are restored. Tapping "新しく始める" (Start new) begins as a different, new player.
After reopening the app my account looked unlinked and the nickname screen appeared
In version 2.0 and earlier, reopening the app could create a new anonymous account instead of keeping your linked one. This is fixed in version 2.1. Update the app, sign out from the Profile tab, then sign in again with your linked account using the Google or Apple button on the start screen to get your original data back. (Alternatively, tap the link button for the same Google / Apple account on the Profile tab and choose "切り替える" (Switch) when prompted.) If that does not work, email support@fujibit.com.
I saw an inappropriate question
Submitted questions pass through AI moderation but occasionally something slips through. Please send the question text to support@fujibit.com.
I'm top of the ranking but the "Create Question" button isn't showing
The posting right is granted to the top of the weekly leaderboard (must have at least 1 point this week). Additionally, authors with a question still pending or open cannot post a new one until the previous question closes.
About the Question Ticket
The Question Ticket (JPY 150 each, consumable) is an in-app purchase that lets you post one question without being the weekly #1. Buy it from the Shop tab. A ticket is consumed only when your question passes AI moderation and goes live; a rejected question does not use it. Tickets belong to your account, so with a linked account they carry over to a new device once you sign in. There are no subscriptions.
Each purchase is confirmed with the store before the ticket is granted. If a ticket does not appear after purchase, reopen the app with a good connection (unfinished purchases are re-checked automatically). If it still does not appear, email support@fujibit.com with the date and time of the purchase.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app, open Profile > Delete Account to remove your nickname, scores, and vote history from our servers in one tap. If you have already uninstalled the app, see the account deletion page or email support@fujibit.com.
About advertising
A single Pangle banner is shown at the bottom of the screen to help offset server costs. On iOS, whether ads are personalized follows your answer to the system tracking prompt on first launch. On Android you choose in the "About ads" sheet on first launch. On both, you can turn personalized ads off anytime under "広告の設定" (Ad settings) on the Profile screen. For how ad data is handled, see the Pangle Privacy Policy.
