Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Minority Rules" (the "App") provided by FujiBit ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The App is a casual game in which users vote YES or NO on a series of prompts and earn points for picking the minority answer. The features, functionality, and availability of the App may change or be discontinued without notice.

2. Accounts

• Using the App requires creating an anonymous player ID.
• You may optionally link a Google or Apple account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and credentials.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate gameplay, or accessing another user's account, is prohibited.

3. Nicknames and Posted Content (User-Generated Content)

• Nicknames and posted questions must comply with applicable law and public decency.
• Posted questions are automatically reviewed by AI (Google Gemini); questions judged inappropriate are not published.
• We reserve the right to hide or remove any content at our discretion.
• Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Hate speech, discrimination, sexual, violent, or illegal content, harassment or bullying of any individual or group, and any other objectionable content are not tolerated. Users who post such content will be suspended or banned without notice.
• Reporting and blocking. Each question screen lets you report inappropriate content or block another user. Reported posts are reviewed by us and removed within 24 hours when they violate these Terms, and the responsible user may be ejected.
• Removing your own posts. You can immediately remove your own questions from the feed at any time before voting closes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Violate any law or public decency.
• Harm the rights, reputation, or trust of other users, third parties, or us.
• Post discriminatory, violent, sexual, illegal, or spam content.
• Post personally identifiable information (real names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, etc.).
• Harass, bully, defame, or impersonate any individual or group.
• Interfere with the operation of the App, perform unauthorized access, or reverse-engineer the App.
• Manipulate scores or rankings through any unfair means, including the use of multiple accounts.
• Generate fraudulent ad clicks or impressions against the ad SDK.
• Copy or redistribute the App's source code, data, or media without permission.
• Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases (e.g., posting tokens). All purchases are processed through the payment system provided by your platform, and payment information is handled in accordance with that platform's terms; we do not receive your credit card number or other payment details.

Digital content purchases are generally non-refundable, subject to your platform's own refund policy.

6. Advertising

The App displays ads via Google AdMob. For details on ad delivery and data, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (including text, images, logos, and software) belong to us or the respective rights holders. You may use the App only as permitted by these Terms and the applicable platform's terms.

You retain copyright in the questions you post; however, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use them to operate, improve, and promote the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is". We make no warranty of completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the App will meet your expectations.
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by network failures, equipment failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Disputes between users, or between a user and a third party, are the responsibility of the parties involved; we have no obligation to intervene.

9. Suspension and Account Deletion

If you violate these Terms or we otherwise consider it necessary, we may suspend your use of the App or delete your account without prior notice.

You can delete your own account at any time from the in-app profile screen. See Account Deletion for details.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. For material changes we will notify you in the App or on this site. Your continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our principal office, as the court of first instance.
